Yakiniku is grilled meat - there’s probably a grill in the middle of the table. It’s not going to be that photogenic after cooking tho. That steak is going to get kind of transparent. Sometimes it just goes ahead and lights up like a candle.

Namayaki horumon Motoya bettei in Shibuya. Really good. It's wagyuu, so kinda pricey, though.
