Having read about these pre trip, we knew we had to try them.

The prawns are simply grilled and served with a chilli sauce.

The prawn head oil (butter?) was creamy and rich, it sat well on the palate with neither bitterness nor fishiness.

Washed down with some local Leo beer, it was a treat

Not that huge. Look at the finger by the plate.

If this is in Thailand, then it’s big vs what I saw back in the states.

Yeah these are big prawns on normal sized plates
