All of the stuff is sauteed together gradually, starting with onions, then beans, then potatoes then spinach. After that is when I started adding liquid, and brought it to a summer for a couple of hours. Spices were added throughout according to my own taste, and I don't really measure ingredients because I typically am winging every recipe I make. Let me know if you have any more questions!
