but as a Vietnamese, we only put in the lime's juice in the broth and not the lime

I squeeze the lime juice in, then toss the wedge in.

Same for the peppers. But I pick them out bout half way.

I like the more limeny taste. My GF (Vietnamese) doesn't use lime.
