Same. I made a little bit more than this though. I made 32 gallons haha. Ever since my Grandma passed away, there was no one left to make jr for the entire family, so I stepped in

I can fit 4 gallons at a time in my ovens, so 8 rounds, but with four gallon batches it takes 1h20m per round. So in other words, all freaking day haha
