it’s quite a challenge to make it. but you get the ready made liquid sausage at the butcher.

the product from the butcher comes in a aluminum casserole , similar to a cakeform. you then put it in the oven at about 180celsius. the last 10 minutes i like to grill it a little bit from above. tipically it is eaten sliced and put in a roll with sweet mustard. it’s also good with tomato sauce.
