Nothing, I’m asian, I love rice. But I mean, bulgur is pretty nice too.

But bulgur has no place in our food, man. It should be tossed in the same heap quinoa came from 😂

Admittedly true. I was introduced to it by a Spanish friend, and I occasionally mix and match it with certain stuff.

This is the first time I’ve used it with an asian food though, and I honestly thought it went quite well, although fresh rice would’ve been nicer.

My test would be this; could you serve this to your gran? In my case, I’d get openly laughed at if I tried this. Or smacked. Idk 😂

Haha fair way to put it. I’m Indian to be specific. Bulgur isn’t a thing there, I had never heard of it before I moved abroad.
