Sauce is the best part. Where all the flavor is. Tomatoes, onion, garlic, roasted bell peppers, thyme, basil, bay leaf. Not traditional but I also added a bit of concentrated chicken stock to boost the flavor

That's really really good looking. Exceptional job with the consistency of the slices. Looks like a monarch caterpillar with a couple extra colors. 10/10.
