Nicely done, and that looks like a cool plate, too. Did you sweat the eggplant like normal, or marinate in the soy?

Steamed it, then into a hot wok for a minute, then in with light & dark soy, oyster sauce, and honey.

Next time I think I'll do the traditional salt n sweat it, was a bit too "eggplanty" for my tastes, if that makes sense.
