Hell, I had a Saturn with almost 200k.

This looks like the dash of a Saturn Ion. It's basically the a Chevy Cobalt but we can pretend it's better because it's fun to hate on Chevy. I have an 03 in the driveway now that's seen a few too many upstate NY winters.

It's a 2004 Saturn Ion sedan. I have a second 2004 Saturn Ion coupe at 150k.

Most modern vehicles can do that, IF they are maintained.

Change fluids when the manufacturer recommends it, fix little things before they become big things, and don't drive like an idiot. There are exceptions, but the majority of vehicles can do it pretty easily.
