Yeah first thing I did after it happened was freak out and started yelling her name. Then she popped out from underneath the end table wide eyed and bewildered.

It’s an old house and we just replaced the roof looks like water damage from before we fixed it caused it to weaken.

Omg!! Well, hopefully the homeowners will cover it!!! But the main thing is you and gorgeous kitty are ok! Good grief! Ever since I’ve become a homeowner I’m always checking things (my Dad was a contractor on the side) so I know a lot of home improvement stuff, but I’m still constantly checking!
