You know they literally sell scrubby attachments for a drill at the hardware store (home Depot at least). They are phenomenal I would suggest picking up a set. They like $25.

Yeah, but this is FREE.

From the 1 episode of desperate housewives I have seen I can only assume this is somehow a sex thing

Valid point. Did you find that it worked well? I would think there would be a lot of slippage.
Takeyouonajourney9 OP t1_jdx0f9p wrote
Hahah it worked better than without power tools.

Ya I had a feeling that might be the case. TBH those scrubby attachments I bought are 100% worth it. Imagine cleaning a bathtub in 1/4 the time with 1/4 of the effort 😎. And it comes out cleaner!

I misread that it said an episode of This Old House, which was funnier I think.

A car polisher/buff pad would work better and be far less risk to the glass, sadly one slip with this setup could shatter the glass and cost you far more than buying a proper scrubber.
still points for the quick hack

I'm still skeptical. What exploded in the oven?
Takeyouonajourney9 OP t1_jdy9pme wrote
Honestly I have no idea, but I couldn’t see through the glass.. so I went to work.
I can assure you that I don’t do tweeking..
But many muffins, cookies, breads and buns have been cooked in that oven for sure.

Have you tried vinegar or lemon juice?
Takeyouonajourney9 OP t1_jdyas9a wrote
No, I ended up using that and then a metal mudding tool. Legit it was a nightmare.
Oh and dawn dish soap.

I bought my wife a couple sets of those and a nice 18 volt tool to use them in
