My dog is 9 lbs, 8 years old, and he will kill a ball in one day.

Those are generally the best.

Orbee tries a different approach and uses softer rubber is surprisingly durable

Bullymake has a lot of good indestructible toys. The downside is your dog might not like toys she can't destroy.
