I've heard of heating pads for cramps but this is the first I've ice for the vagine. Or does the ice help with cramps too? Serious question.

Yep. Applying heat or cold can help ease painful period cramping. But period pain is usually located at the lower low abdomen where the womb is. (Cramping is due to the womb contracting itself back and forth during a menstrual period, bc it is angry it was not given a baby)

While I’m sure these freezable pads can be laid across the belly for cramps, or maybe easing pain from a c-section, I believed its main intended use is putting it in your underwear. Because the poor vagina hole tends to be in utter pain while recovering from the bloody war that is child birth. Helps women to sit more comfortably.

My wife hasn't used ice for cramps, she used these after giving birth. That area is pretty sore for women after passing a whole human being through. Something that they don't really tell you about ahead of time, women can't go to the bathroom normally for weeks after giving birth.
