Trying to move some electrical to an exterior wall. Was in the attic for 10 minutes swimming in insulation trying to figure out where the heck my hole was and it turned out I drilled through a rafter.

Not as bad as when I hooked up a steam condensate line to the wrong stack. Found out when the person using the toilet in that stack had to go to the nurse for a burnt ass.
