They already have to budget for the loss when cops come in regularly for their take of what was "stolen".

The vast majority of pawn shops have no problem buying stolen shit but I agree, pretty fucking stupid to advertise it. But I'm willing to bet this is in an area where cops don't give a shit anyway.

Wouldn't that be a problem for the business, putting out a sign encouraging people to sell them stolen goods? Even if it is a joke, a lot of people are oblivious to that shit.
