Yes ofc it’s always best to spay and neuter before trying to litter box train as rabbits are territorial animals and like to mark. If they poop outside the litter box instead of throwing it out put the poo inside the litter box and the rabbit will get the concept of it. That’s how I litter trained mine. She only uses the litter box now and no where else
