Don't get me wrong, I understand organ can mean penis. But so can about a hundred other words. There are SO MANY words for penis.

But there is only one word for the musical instrument being discussed here. What do you think they should've called it?

The editor should have caught the phrasing because it creates a double entandre. I can't believe I have to explain this to anyone. They could have referred to it in a lot of different ways without having it appear like there referring to something sexual.

It's like 50,000 other funny / screwed up headlines that have gone before it. That's why it's in this subreddit.

At least I didn't double down on the humor and suggest Hazel is the wrong name for the organ. Most men would have named it Elvis.
