Well there are almost 16 billion human hands on this planet and very few robotic hands that look human. I feel that you can easily deduce that it's considerably more likely to be real human.

You joke but that's how credit card theft ends up. You buy a pack of cards knowing most of them will be blocked, empty, in debt but sole of those will be usable for a higher amount than the amount you paid for the lot.

Stolen credit card info is the criminals' pokemon cards sale.
