No, I get that, and I know that woman had a REAL claim against them. Her injuries were horrific. You know what I meant.

I don't believe they do. Mcdonalds tried defending themselves when they were forced to put warnings on their cups because they keep coffee extraordinarily hot to serve longer. That's a reasonable call for a warning label than assuming it's just a little hot.
