Joke aside, it looks like copy for a phone screen protector combined with insane artwork of the windows start menu. Hopefully, by exploding they mean breaking into sharp shards when the screen breaks and that their product will prevent the shards from escaping to slice your hands. Or it’s just a dubious product as I can’t imagine using a screen protector on a desktop and even on a notebook it seems questionable.
