52 year old American here. Never heard this slang, despite watching tons of British TV/movies and visiting England twice in my life.
Learn something new every day. Today is my birthday, and I mark my 52nd year by learning that bog is slang for toilet in England.

Not just in England, but the whole of the UK and Ireland also, It's vulgar slang, but is still extremely common. you might hear "He's in the bog", or "Where's the bog?" etc. but is only really used amongst people you're very familar with. Also, Happy Birthday!

The concerning thing to me is that chicken bog is a chicken and rice dish (usually with some other stuff added) commonly served in the southeast US

If you ask for a bog in the UK or Ireland, you be will directed to the toilets, or possibly some nearby fields that are renowned for always being waterlogged. Be careful what you ask for in a restaurant...
