Nah, I wouldn't let Florida get all the credit. I don't really understand these people who bike like that. I am a cyclist myself. I've seen several here in Southern California. Men, some women (who are surprisingly fit). Older mostly.

Anyway, you're supposed to put clear tape across your ass crack so the g-string doesn't ride up. Totally unsafe to keep yanking it out mid-ride.

Used to be a dude in Galveston who’d ride from the Strand, where he lived, to the beach, wearing just a speedo. He wasn’t naked but he might as well have been. We all thought of it as local color.
