I make brown sauce all the time. Its a little different each time but is usually some combination of soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin, garlic, chilies, rice wine vinegar, fish sauce, sesame oil etc.

It taste good on every protien, veggie, rice, noodle etc. you can think of.
