Yes, exactly. I think they dry quickly in the cold, then peel off and bleed. I truly hate this. I could use hands cream but then my hands feel really oily and make me uncomfortable...

Oily or bloody? I think I'll go with bloody. I don't know a single person that this happens to, and I live in a place that gets below zero in winter. You must have some kind of uncommon skin condition you might want to get checked by a doctor. Or atleast buy some gloves. damn.
