Edit: It's Skyrim with mods, regardless of my 1000hrs I somehow didn't recognize it 😂

It's the UI for me. The graphics are pretty clearly Skyrim, but the UI for the health/stamina/magicka bars and compass are different enough to trigger that "hold up" sense.

Nexus mods technically does, by letting you have lists (called a collection). They're essentially savable, shareable playlists of mods.
