I have three:
- worms wmd
- mortal kombat X
- terraforming mars (digital boardgame)
Cyberpunk 2077, Far Cry 6 and Red Dead Redemption 2.
God of War and The Last of Us
Monster hunter rise,titanfall2,Nioh1+2,doom eternal, pretty much any wolfenstein...the list goes on but I will definetly not buy anything in the next sale...probably
I don’t remember better words to describe it but i think people understand what i mean
God of war ragnorok . Probably got about 5 hours in and quit playing. Just didn't pack the same punch as the 2018 game for me.
Disco Elysium. I like the voice acting but I'm not much of a reader.
Star Citizen and Squadron 42.
And somehow DayZ, even though I have hundreds of hours in it. I stopped playing before it went out of Beta.
Oh and Arma 3. I think I put 10 minutes into it. Shot a team mate, realized it wasn't for me.
Monster Hunter.
I keep trying to give them a chance, I don't know why.......... But then I hit all this online multiplayer co-op stuff and I lose interest.
I don't like online co-op, and tend not to buy any games with a focus on it. It's just not fun exploring PvE environments with another person pressuring you to keep going. But Monster Hunter tricks me every few years.
Mhrise just felt so dead to me. World felt like an actual... well world.
Red dead redemption 2
Disco Elysium
Chicken Police
Yakuza 0
Metal gear solid 5 phantom pain. Live the game, but I started and had to stop multiple times now, so I don't want to go back until I know I'll get through it all
Pathfinder WOTR.
Bought it and all the DLC. Love rpgs and it was just miserable. Everything i did all i could think about is ‘i bet theres a mod that fixes this on PC’
I got to the same point like 3 times and was just like F this.
Path of Exile is far more complicated and unforgiving but WoTR felt like they tried to be more convoluted and obtuse.
FF7. The term overrated is not enough
What a bore and fuck you for killing my character when i gave her my best materias and spend hours training her
And fuck that snowboard part too
After my experience with the PS2 and GameCube, I told myself I would never purchase a game unless I'm ready to play it.
I often bought games with the intention of playing them, but a new release would come along, and I never got around to it. This happened many times.
When I sold my PS2 with the games, many were still in their shrink wrap.
That really showed me just how much I was spending on hype rather than games.
God of War Ragnorok, seemed so linear and combat drawn out after completing Elden Ring
Destiny , bought it and just left it aside
Spider man (mainly because I have big backlog)
I was thinking about buying this game but I was not that convinced because something was off. Adding to that if it is like a reading I am not that interested too. You reassured me. Thank you
Although you experienced it, that’s a good advice
RDR2

How would I know if they're the 'best' if I didn't play them.
