You can, but the community was different back then. Used to scout contested territory and report player movement. Different game when it was fresh, before it became theme park.

uh, I love scouting noobie areas for enemy forces, and protect lowbies in mostly enemy territory. So I imagine now open world pvp became less intense, less risky... less emotionally intense. Remember you can hop in wotlk from warmane anytime, if the nostalgia is too strong.
