PS2 is my all time favorite, here are my personal recommendations (only games I played):

Final Fantasy X, Katamari Damacy, Resident Evil 4, Burnout 3 Takedown, Okami, God of War, Midnight Club 3, X-Men Legends 2, Fatal Frame 2.

I won't do ten for each, just some of my favorites, for the NES I would recomend the first Batman game, it's sunsoft game with outstanding music and a really fun gameplay
although it is a really hard game, SNES A Link to the Past is always fun, GB/GBC Pokémon Gold is my favorite from the GB era, PS1 is Tenchu Stealth Assassin, really cool stealth game, specially if like Metal Gear and ninjas, finaly for the PS2 Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks or the Ben 10 games both are really good couch co-op games
