It's a very good little handheld, still use mine. Definitely recommend homebrewing it to get even more bang for your buck. Turns it into a really great portable emulation machine

Good idea, but for retro emulation, an old vita or psp is a bit better. Get the 3Ds to play 3Ds games on it

Yeah but if you gonna emulate might as well get a 3ds and also pirate the 3ds games lol

Can 3Ds handle Dreamcast? Genuinely asking as I might go for it

Yup. But vita is by the far superior emulation machine compared to a 3ds, so is a psp. Getting free 3ds game is easy asf an clutch though

Hell yeah, easy to hack an get every game free. I got 2 of them with many games dirt cheap around 2017 an im so glad I did lol. People were so stupid to sell me those consoles an games for that price but it is what it is

Only if you are on a budget. Switch is better in almost every other way.

Also is there a way to look up a old Nintendo account if you forgot the email address?

Still solid but there are much better alternatives. The Switch simply replaced the 3DS fully so it is quite obsolete. You can basically emulate all these old games but jailbreaking the system is much harder than just getting a Steam Deck and installing an emulator. The Steam Deck is a full PC and has many advantages over it.
