Thank you for your reply. It's not exactly what I'm looking for though, because it only gives the option to search for "What will run it?" and then it only shows results from amazon. The PC in question is not available on amazon and will therefore not show up.
What I'm looking for is a website where I can input the specs of a specific PC and see if it can run it.

You could just find the machine that best matches the one you might buy? A 3070 is a 3070, and a 5700X is a 5700X. As long as you pair the CPU and GPU with appropriate memory, you’re only going to see a few percentage points’ difference in framerates.

Thank you. I will try it this way.
Do you know of a website where I can compare CPUs and GPUs across brands to find out which build comes closest?

I don’t know any sites besides maybe PC Part Picker, but you should be able to just check that the desktop you use as a benchmark has the same model of GPU and CPU as the one you want to buy.
You might have one with a GPU built by Asus vs another by NVidia itself, but if they’re both 3070’s then they’ll still be comparable.
Alternatively, if the one that’s been benchmarked has weaker hardware than what you want to buy, but still passes the test, then the one you want to buy will probably work. Typically weaker hardware has lower model numbers (3060 < 3070, 3600X < 5700, etc).

As long as the system integrator didn't drop the ball and made a pc that runs hotter than a blast furnace.
