I mean already had Star Wars Bounty Hunter which was similar but single player.

Republic Commando is basically mandalorians since clones of Jango.

You can play as a bounty Hunter in The Old Republic which is essentially a mandalorian

A modern take on republic commando would work, Din Djarin as the main character and commander, Bo Katan as scout/saber weilder, Cara Dune as heavy/demo then just need a sniper/overwatch character. Escort missions of Grogu in his floating pod lol🤣
