Not too relevant to the post. But Minecraft has always had this uncanny ability to make me want to play the game every time I see a picture/screenshot of it. I'm most likely not going to. But it always gets the nostalgia juices flowing.

Same here. My problem is the hunger bar though. I loved the game before that, but I'm not someone who likes having to eat constantly in games. I could turn it to peaceful, but then I lose all the monsters. The one forge mod I know nothing about that disabled the bar wasn't working last I checked.

i agree with this. i find myself constantly ever so slightly paranoid about the hunger bar instead of focusing on the far more interesting game mechanics.

That’s a pretty cool find. My friend and I once randomly found a creeper tied to two llamas with leads.
