RDR2 is a masterfully made game, but I fucking hate cowboys so I enjoyed Cyberpunk more Cyberpunk wasn't anywhere as bad as anyone made it out to be, played it more than any of the Wtcher games, which weren't any better tbh (unless you're playing a game for "a serious" story lmao).

Get rdr2. Cyberpunk is still extremely glitchy and the story overall is bad. Rdr2 is better in every single way

Very biased. Both are fantastic. Obviously RDR2 is one of the best games ever made but Cyberpunk is fun. Especially if you have a strong enough rig to run higher settings with Ray Tracing. Mod support is through the roof with Cyberpunk. I honestly enjoyed both a lot. RDR2 then straight onto RDR1 will absolutely blow you away.
edit: Its been years people. Get over your hate for Cyberpunk.

Does RDR2 have a lot of mod support as well?

Some good mods. Vanilla is still the most fun though.

Updoot u back to 0. You deserve your fair opinion.

Ya I have a 3090 and 10th gen cpu I can run the game perfectly fine. Mod support doesnt make a game good and it hasn't even been 2 years yet. The game sucks get over it.

Hard to say honestly. RDR2 is very casual and you will enjoy it. Cyberpunk is special with good GPU you won’t find better looking game and story is good. Both are great. You can get RDR2 if it’s cheap wouldn’t pay more then $20 for it because once you finish it once you probably won’t play it again. Cyberpunk you probably will with few ways of completing quests few different endings and different weapon builds.

I'm currently playing CP2077 on my Series X, I really want to love it, but it just isn't hitting the right notes with me yet, just feels off.
Red Dead 2 is a masterpiece.

To each their own. I don’t think we can answer for what you like. I hated both games: too slow for me. The next person absolutely loved them

I love cyberpunk 2077 and can't recommend it enough... but RDR2 has more game for your money and is also fantastic.

Unless you really want to replay RDR 2 it may be better to get Cyberpunk 2077 and play something new.

Cyberpunk if you want a fast paced, engaging shooter style game. RDR2 of you want spend 15 minutes walking through snow up a hill because it’s “realistic” ;)
