Add assassin creed syndicate to that list it doesn’t work for PS5 and everyone has been begging Ubisoft to fix it but no one is listening

That would go in the list of games that exhibit errors or unexpected behavior. You can still “play” the game, but there are issues within the game. The list of games above are games that you cannot play at all on a ps5

All is never a thing. I still don't have a PS5.
I didn't get a (new) PS4 until early 2016 which was roughly 2 years and 3 months after it was released.
I made a stupid decision in selling my PHAT backwards compatible PS3 and all my games for a PS4. I'm not selling my PS4.
Sadly, more things are turning to subscriptions and streaming games has become a thing.

I'd recommend keeping your PS4 rather than selling it. Most people are selling their PS4 in order to buy the PS5 right now so they're dirt cheap.
