You can max out all gadgets even if you do badly on the Taskmaster stuff as they aren't the only source.

Oh that's my bad than because when I played it looked like you'd need to get max tokens on everything to max out all gear and suits

No probs. I'm with you on them. I just seemed to be bad at what the game wanted, especially at the timed stealth stuff. I generally take my time so it was quite tough to do the stealth bits fast as it was like a totally different play style to mine.

That's exactly how I feel, I also like to take my time with stealth missions.
