Steel and Flesh is a fun Mount&Blade ripoff if you like strategy+rpg games. It's free too

Gailardia. There is a few of them for free on the play store (1,2,3), it's been a while since I've played them but if it's still the same you turn your internet off while playing and you don't have to watch any ads.

Albion online is free, but is mmo.
Murder in the Alps is a solid story/puzzle game. I’ve played through this one multiple times because the vibes are so on point. The energy system sucks, but the game is very worth a go.
GTA on mobile is very well done.

Most emulators can run in portrait mode.. so you have pretty much the entire snes/genesis/nes library available.
