I enjoy competition/pvp/online, but most games are pretty rough for people who don't play often or casual or, like me, who play solo.

What are some fun competitive games that are actually good and enjoyable as a solo player?

Thanks in advance!

Civ, any version.

On mobile UnCiv is Civ V in Civ II graphics, and is like 120mbs

Might be silly guess but fall guys.. Even playing solo its lot of fun, some challange and game is free to play. If you manage to get friend on board, game is even better fun.

The Cycle is pretty ok as Solo player I'd say. Tarkov can be even harder for Solo Players as it is anyways, as you constantly run into Duos or Squads.

I think you need to define what you're labeling as "enjoyable" to get a good answer because any comp game is going to be rough like you said. But, they're meant to be rough so you advance in some sort of bracket or mmr and get your dopamine fix.

Without really thinking about it, your post looks like it's asking for a competitive game that's relatively easy. Someone might suggest Fall Guys or Amogus

Chivalry 2.

No ranked mode and you can put in as much effort as you want.

The game is easy enough to pick up and run into a group and spam and get some kills and have some fun.

Learning the mechanics makes you better than 85% of players and allows you to top the scoreboard. If big battles aren't your thing there are also 1v1 and 3v3 duels.

You can be as competitive as you want without the stress of having to be a try hard in ranked.

I think they were wanting multiplayer games that they could solo queue without having to be in a squad or anything
