I agree the industry has issues but pointing at the same five titles over and over is like crying over your ex move on or your just hurting yourself

Those are the titles people recognize most, using more niche devs wouldn’t connect with people. I would even add Imperator Rome as a failed release. There are plenty examples of lowered quality in video games. Watch dogs, the division, it goes on. Complaining about it, and not buying, is the only way it might change.

With COD moving to a $70 price tag, games better improve or I just won’t play new releases anymore

Like I said man you sound exactly like a scorned lover making a ton of excuses why you’re in the right. Monster hunter, Pokémon, r6, Lost ark, elden ring, xenoblade and a long list of aaa titles have all had successful launches but you wanna talk about Anthem from 19 come on man

I don’t get that comparison tho, people spend money on these games? I enjoy some of the new games, like Elden ring, just recently beat the elden beast actually

R6 came out in 2015, Pokémon is a decades old franchise from a quality developer, and monster hunter is a few years old now, so your examples of good games are all years old too

So using an example from 2019 is not ridiculous, a few gold pieces in piles of shit doesn’t excuse the garbage these devs pump out

A new r6 game came out this year, just wasn’t fun. You say pokemons an old franchise so doesn’t count but you’re naming old games. All the games I listed came out this year or got an expansion.

You’re doing exactly what you say I am which tells me you’re just mad and no point in discussing. The few five games to ten games you, and every other dude stroking their AAA is bad cock, use are the few in the sea of many not the other way around like you put forward
