Basically, the issue I’m having is that my wifi isn’t too great so I have this satellite extender thing called an orbi my dad has purchased back when he built me my pc in 2018, the orbi always worked perfectly fine with no issues up until a few months ago, about 2-3 months ago i started having lag issues and screen tearing on one of my games, tried everything to figure out the issue but couldn’t so I’ve just been using wifi for now to play some games but it’s not the best, my Ethernet somehow makes me lag worse on my pc, Xbox and PlayStation but when I run an internet speed test it says I have 6 ping, 320 mbps download speed and about 260 upload speed give or take, but idk if lag can necessarily cause screen tearing so I’m convinced either my extender is fried or my pc just can’t run the games because it’s slightly older and hasn’t been upgraded at all
