Unravel 2, Two Brothers match your puzzle criteria. Wizard of Legend, Children of Morta and Towerfall Ascension are more action, but very fun co op. Morta has a cool story to boot.
Also you should take turns playing with Baba is you and working together. The puzzles are quite challenging later on.
