OK so the first application is fine but its the second application that crashes, basically when it starts loading it never leaves the black screen and it freezes and i cant tab out, thankfully i have a second screen so i can use task manager, and the things i have done to fix it are: reinstalling league, moving it to a different hard-drive, using hextech trouble shooter, restarting my machine, reinstalling the riot client, run a compatability test and update my drivers, i dont know what else to do and i dont want to deal with the hell that is reinstalling windows, and for those wondering my specs they are: core i7-3770k cpu, Nvidea 1650TI, 12gb of installed ram, windows 10, i hope you guys can help thank you

Otherwise: maybe you are just too impatient? How long did you wait?

If it is not impatience: it could be anything. Could be a stick of RAM acting up (try removing one and only start it with the other) or the CPU getting old or some weird program you run in the background or anything really. Really hard to tell.
