When I was a broke ass wage slave just out of college working in a remote town (like so remote you cannot buy a game anywhere), I remember buying a box of cereal and getting roller coaster tycoon in it. That game was my life for about a year lol.

My eyes lit up like a kid on christmas, I didn't even know it came with it. I've never seen a cereal include a CD rom since then (back in early 2000's) sadly.

I don’t know why and maybe it’s just seeing an old cd case but this triggered a memory of how I use to survive off playing demo games that came with video game magazines. The demos were sometimes so janky and obscure or sometimes they wouldn’t even work at all after installing. Good times.
