Techie aside, with a tiny bit of soldering, atari 2600 can be given a composite (single yellow rca) output, which is much more easily upconverted. Don't have a link right now but might make a good weekend project.

Oh that would be even better. There's no Coaxial to HDMI converters so you gotta get rca to HDMI but then it requires a VCR for every tutorial I watched. I'd just avoid getting 4 adapters, modding the wire itself would cut all of that down to 1 converter. You said you don't know if there's a tutorial online?

There are, I just haven't done any yet. Actually if you find a good one go ahead and let me know. But I do know that it's just a couple joints and an extra wire or two, a pretty simple job. I looked it up years ago and keep forgetting to do it. :-p
