Hi, I've been playing wheel of fortune with my partner (who's not into gaming) and we've been having a blast playing together, giving us some quality time reconnecting. Are there any other good gameshow games you can recommend? We tried monopoly madness but we found it to be a bit shit and convoluted.

I’ve heard that the Jackbox games collection is great fun to play with people, plenty of games to choose from too

I can vouch. Gameshow type games are hit and miss and miss and miss in general but Jackbox, in any of its myriad varieties, tends to be fun.

Jeopardy, Press your luck, price is right, $25000 Pyramid on wii are good. My absolute all time go to,though not gameshow, is Scrabble on the ps one. Me and the wife been playing for 18 years.

I've got switch, ps5, xbox series x, and all previous generations, never tried my hand at pc unfortunately, though I would like to one day.

I recommend a retroid pocket 3 or 3+. I use it portable until the wife wants to play then I plug the hdmi mini to tv, sync my ps4 controllers and play. You can dabble in pc titles through geforce now if you like. Android 11 opens up a lot of games too. It emulates most consoles well up to PSP. A hacked ps classic is a good choice though cords are short and controllers are flimsy.

Slight sidebar perhaps, but if you still have a functioning PS2, the Ultimate Board Game Collection has everything from chess, checkers, Connect Four, Tic Tac Toe, Dice, Dominoes, Snakes and Ladders, marbles, etc.
