CBD helps me relax so I don't tense up while playing more intense games. I find that having a beer or 2 actually helps me focus/relax more than CBD usually though. If you drink anymore than that coordination starts to go south.

Mine goes south at half a beer lol, though I care less about it by then so that's fine
