Elden Ring has been the bane of my time off. It’s not clicking. And it’s my first game I’ve ever played from them so it’s all just so foreign. But I’ll get there (hopefully)

They are games that thrive off the community and shared knowledge so I would recommend playing without help if you want, but don’t be afraid to look up the wiki if you get stuck or watching gameplay from someone familiar with the series. That’s what really helped me - watching a YouTube playthrough helped explain some aspects of the game that weren’t clear to me. Also read item descriptions.
