The only game I’ve seen that almost blantantly rips off BOTW is Genshin Impact. Similar graphics, similar mechanics and features, enemies cluster the same, I’m not sure if they just used the same engine but it’s literally BOTW with waifus.

Tbf Fenyx Rising is an identical clone of BOTW.
It's a slightly better version but it's still a copy and it isn't good at all.
No one cared about it without the Nintendo branding and Zelda Skin
