The beta was amazing, but I hated it when they messed with the items.

I remember abusing the hell out of the beta to get infinite 2 days of XBL with the intent of playing Halo Reach only to play a LOT of Blur instead

We need a resurgence of off the wall crazy stylised racing games, ones like Blur, Twisted Metal, Hot Wheels, (mini racers I think it was called?) Burnout and Roll Cage where my go to driving games because racing sims like Ridge Racer, Gran Tourismo and WRC just weren’t my cup of tea.

It’s was… a start. The idea was great, a grown up Mario Kart, but the tracks, choice of cars, and the visuals in general were either ugly or just meh. It was a shame there was no follow up because I’d love to have seen them take the concept and run with it, upping the creativity and ditching so much of the brown and grey visuals.
