Yesterday i started playing Martha is Dead. Checked the language settings i found that the game set it as default in Italian. Knowing that the game was made by italians i said "why not?", and i found that the language and setting fit perfectly and makes the game more interesting or immersive.

So now i'm curious about other games made for non english speaking companies with their local language in voices. Any suggestion?

The Yakuza series. Original Japanese is the best audio for that.

Yakuza & Judgment series comes immediately to mind. It's almost criminal not to play with the original Japanese audio

I always play with original voices. I may not understand them (Looking at you, Yakuza and Generation Zero) but they do make the games atmosphere better.

Witcher 3 with original polish voice actors is amazing and far more immersive than english

Yakuza Like A Dragon and Sekiro are the only two I've purposefully played with the original voices. The voices just didn't fit in Like A Dragon. Just don't think they did a good job. Final Fantasy XIII trilogy did an amazing job with English VA's, but that cast is stacked af.
